About the Position

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage and update Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

·       Create and schedule posts, reels, and promotional content.

·       Use AI tools to generate content, images, presentations, and reports.

·       Assist in website updates and digital marketing activities.

·       Conduct online research and collect business information.

·       Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.

·       Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, and social media.

·       Maintain digital records and prepare basic reports.

Requirements

·       Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or currently studying in a relevant field.

·       Strong interest in technology, AI, social media, and digital content.

·       Familiarity with Facebook, YouTube, Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI tools is preferred.

·       Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English.

·       Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.

·       Quick learner with a positive attitude.

·       Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic graphic design knowledge.
