Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.

  • Research trending topics, keywords, and audience interests to guide video creation.

  • Plan video calendars, series, and campaigns to maximize engagement.

2.Channel Management

• Optimize channel layout, playlists, and branding (thumbnails, banners, descriptions).

  • Ensure consistent posting schedules and maintain brand voice across all content.

  • Monitor channel analytics to track growth and performance.

3. SEO & Optimization

• Conduct keyword research for titles, descriptions, and tags.

• Optimize thumbnails, playlists, and metadata to increase click-through rates.

• Ensure videos comply with YouTube algorithms and community guidelines.

4. Video Production & Editing

• Operate video equipment or coordinate with production teams.

• Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Add graphics, captions, and animations to enhance viewer experience.

5. Analytics & Reporting

 • Prepare regular reports on views, watch time, subscriber growth, and engagement.

  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.

6. Creative Collaboration

 • Work with video editors, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.

  • Ensure videos align with brand identity and marketing objectives.

  • Experiment with new formats (shorts, live streams, tutorials, vlogs)
