∎ Prior experience in visa consultancy roles is a plus-
∎ Any prior experience in customer service related field with strong communication are encouraged to apply
∎ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Basic computer literacy (MS Office)Basic Canva or content creation knowledge is an advantage
∎ Smart, presentable, and confident personality
∎ Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Muradpur, Chattogram will be given priority
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face
∎ Professionally explain visa processing services to walk-in clients
∎ Handle client follow-ups, meeting coordination, and appointment scheduling
∎ Support in form filling, documentation, and file opening
∎ Maintain organized records of client communication
∎ Design social media posters using Canva and create short promotional videos (Preferred)
∎ Maintain a smart, presentable, and confident appearance in the office

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Fixed Basic Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)Performance-Based Commission: BDT 2,000 per successful file opening

∎ Visa Success Incentive: BDT 20,000 - 30,000 per approved visa (based on client profile and case complexity)Performance-Based earnings:
