• Experience: Must be experienced in administrative work
• Prior experience in admin or similar role (essential)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to attend 3 months of training at Mirpur DOHS before moving to Uttara
• Basic computer skill is mandatory

Office Time: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (except Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student records and daily office tasks
• Coordinate between students, teachers, and management
• Maintain attendance and follow up with students/parents
• Organize schedules, classes, and exams
• Ensure the office environment remains professional and welcoming
• Student’s fees management

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

Long vacation: 1. EID 2. DURGA PUJA 3. WINTER. OFFICE REMAINS CLOSED IN GOVT HOLIDAY.
