∎ Should have good report writing skill in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verification of regular transactions, bills and documents before approval and record keeping.
∎ Reconciliation of periodical transaction i.e. Sales, Receivable, Payable and Stock ledger, etc.
∎ Monitoring/processing cash disbursement system.
∎ Responsible for maintaining records for office & operational expenditure.
∎ Recording required transactions in the relevant software.
∎ Supplier & Customer management and relevant business communication as required.
∎ Monitoring inventory control system.
∎ Monitoring procurement system and any other jobs as per management requirement.
