∎ M.Com/ MBA/ Major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in conducting all banking related tasks, regular communications and maintaining all bank transactions
∎ Record bank book, cash book, payable & receivable transactions in MIS (ERP)
∎ Daily follow-up, checking & reviewing of the accounting transactions
∎ Assist in preparing daily receiving report for Cash Receipt, Bank Deposit, Re-Deposit, Dishonored, Adjustment & Sales Receipt of the corporate and reporting to the Manager / Director, Finance & Trade
∎ Receive and check financial documents from suppliers, customers and employees on regular basis
∎ Arrange all required documentation regarding bank loan and other official requirements
∎ Co-ordinate with relevant departments to receive statistical data and source documents
∎ Execute regular statutory reports related to salary and benefits
∎ Assist in preparing all kind of vouchers related to finance and ensure accounts are maintained and up to date
∎ Keep record of bill/invoices/challan for future reference
∎ Prepare deposit slip and transfer documents for cheque & cash deposit to bank
∎ Calculate and deduct VDS and TDS and deposit to bank
∎ Stay up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization
∎ Check cost affecting information with different locations
∎ Assist in managing the cash flow for the company
∎ Monitoring Billing and Recovery
∎ Work with external auditors to ensure follow-up and implementation of matters arising
∎ Prepare various management reports as per requirement
∎ Communicate with clients and factories and obtain year-end balance confirmation
∎ Analyzing the proficiency of the MIS to ensure accuracy and quality of data
∎ Review G/L to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions
∎ File maintenance with supporting documents in MIS as well as physical copies
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' relevant work experience in the Accounts department or similar field will get preference
∎ Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of VAT, corporate Tax, income Tax and desired accounting methods, Labor Law and Company Act
∎ Should have command over any accounting software and other company data (ERP/MIS) systems
∎ Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
