Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Bank Balance information.
∎ Petty cash and Journal records.
∎ Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Maintain Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inventory.
∎ Monitor and manage company expenses.
∎ Check and confirmed bill and voucher.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts monthly basis.
∎ Assist in internal audits, ensuring the accuracy.
∎ Prepare documentation and filing work.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.
