Educational Requirements:
∎ M.B.A/ M.B.S in Accounts or Finance or Equivalent Degree with CA (CC)/ CMA at least 800 marks complete.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Financial Software,Sage Accpac,ERP
∎ Skills Required: knowledge in ERP, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Presentation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain group Chart Of Accounts for ERP system.
∎ Create business (Accounts/Finance/Manufacturing) work flow.
∎ Maintain and monitor the whole accounting system in software.
∎ Maintain system generated financial reports (Trial balance, Balance sheet, Income statement).
∎ Reconcile vendor/suppliers ledgers with general ledger.
∎ Require active coordination and collaboration with team.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and preserve for future reference.
∎ Ability to deliver work under pressure.
∎ The deserving candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, knowledgeable, dynamic and has excellent vision to build stable career in a reputed organization.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge in business analysis, design and corporate environment.
∎ Prepare business requirement documentation and process flow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Maximum age limit 30 years
∎ Show professional approach in communication, presentation and day to day activity.
∎ Engagement in extracurricular activities (cricket/badminton etc.) would be a plus
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Compensation & other benefits (After Probationary Period):Review salary after confirmation. After that yearly review.T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund, Insurance, GratuityFestival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)All the benefits are subject to confirmation and as per company policy.
