- 0 to 02 years working experience in any corporate office on legal work of real-estate Company/ Bank/ Leasing/ Finance/any NGO.
- Must have computer knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development (Legal Vetting)
- To Prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc. in Bengali & English.
- To do the work with different Government office.
- Capable to drive motor cycle with driving license.
