Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure technology is accessible & equipped with current hardware & software.
∎ Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
∎ Maintain the integrity of all operating systems and servers for the seamless operation of the organization.
∎ Capturing, storing and processing data & maintain the security of these systems.
∎ Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.
∎ Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor printers, copiers, telephone lines, CCTV set ups to make sure they are working properly and ensure their regular maintenance.
∎ Ensure the smooth operational status at various functional areas especially where there is high level of IT penetration.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
