Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls & e-mails in a timely manner.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, attend to every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Check and respond to each email received for each query.
∎ Determine the demands of the customer, be clear with the information, and look into every problem and offer remedies or substitutes.
∎ Active in a positive customer support role.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Create a travel itinerary with flights and other travel services through airline's reservation system.
∎ Multi-task sets priorities and manages time effectively.
∎ Manage end-to-end booking procedure.
∎ Communicate within cross-teams/departments to resolve when any issue arises.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST have good command over advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Salary:
∎ BDT 22,000 per month (For Jr. Executive)
BDT 30,000 per month (For Executives)
