Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• At least Bachelor degree or diploma equivalent in any discipline.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At most 32 years

• Proven experience in tender management

• Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with the e-GP portal.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of graphic design tools.

• Familiarity with web design principles and tools will be an added advantage

• Ability to drive a motorbike.

• Valid driving license will be a strong preference.

• Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.

• Manage and prepare tender documents and related processes.

• Handle e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) portal operations.

• Conduct pre-bid meetings, document submissions, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

• Coordinate with teams to ensure all necessary documentation and approvals.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Maintain all kinds of paperwork.

• Fulfill assigned departmental tasks

• Mobile bill, Tour allowance, T/A, D/A, Daily snacks bill

• Salary Review: Yearly
