Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma In IT or relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Departmental store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for setup and Troubleshooting LAN and any other Internet service-related issues.
∎ Support all emp for network, internet, and Desktop PC, Laptop, Wi-Fi, printer, scanner, and other IT devices.
∎ Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Maintaining detailed Logs on a weekly basis of the IT complaints and their resolutions.
∎ Monitor CC camera and maintain Attendance system/Devices (Finger) and Door Access Control.
∎ Assemble and Disassemble the computer.
∎ Data entry & reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
