∎ Location: Banani, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Read, Review and Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
∎ Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial situations, identify potential deductions, and provide tailored tax strategies.
∎ Proficiency and experience Google Office products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
∎ Proficient in Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening English
∎ Ability to attend weekly meetings via Googlemeet (Day or Night)
∎ Work closely with Seniors, Lead and Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting through effective communication, timely responsiveness, and a commitment to client satisfaction. (Team Player)
∎ Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all tasks (multitasking abilities)
∎ Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on industry trends and advancements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
∎ Superior skill in numbers and basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
∎ Ability to easily grasp computer softwares
∎ Ability to prepare detailed notes in English based on the mathematical findings
∎ Strong analytical and data gathering skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, with positive attitude
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
