Responsibilities & Context:
1. Prepare comprehensive order closing reports for both Textile and Garment Units.
2. Collect, verify, and organize all supporting documents required for order closing, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
3. Gather and reconcile production, inventory, and consumption data from ERP systems and other operational sources.
4. Prepare and maintain databases for production, inventory, and closed order information.
5. Prepare monthly Work-in-Process (WIP) reports.
6. Analyze key order performance indicators.
7. Generate periodic MIS reports and management summaries.
8. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Store, Commercial, and Finance departments to ensure the accuracy of order closing data.
