Education:
    • Master of Business Studies (MBS)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Minimum Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Communication from any recognized university/ institute. However, higher professional degrees or equivalent qualification in the relevant field will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Nature: Contractual (Temporary Full Time) initially for 3 years (Up to May, 2029)

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Monitor and reconcile the CRP Project Operation Costs, including ledger entries for bank charges, repair/maintenance, communication costs, utilities, and office supplies.

  • Maintain project financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation, prepare budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking reports, and process payments, reimbursements, and financial transactions in line with organizational policies.

  • Budget for and process payments related to the printing and publication of accessible MGPs, safeguarding materials, and IEC materials.

  • Disburse and manage the allocation for need-based reasonable accommodation costs to guarantee that financial barriers do not impede program accessibility for participants.

  • Manage office administration, filing systems, and documentation while coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory, and asset management.

  • Support the organization of workshops, meetings, visits, and training events, and ensure the maintenance of office equipment and operational supplies for smooth day‑to‑day operations.

  • Maintain regular liaison with NGOAB, UNO and DC offices etc. and preparation of compliance documents and reports for NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) including FD-6, FD-2, FD-3, FC-1, and audit reports.

  • Ensuring compliance with VAT and tax regulations, supporting external audit firm selection processes, and maintaining transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance in project financial operations.

  • Manage OPD financial procedures while building the financial and organizational capacity of OPDs, ensuring adherence to donor compliance requirements, and developing training guidelines to strengthen financial management practices.

  • Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and personnel documentation, support recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinate communication with project staff, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure transparent procurement procedures and documentation, support vendor selection, quotation collection, and procurement tracking, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and donor regulations.

  • Responsible for utilizing Tally ERP software and MS Office to manage financial documentation, financial management and prepare monthly financial and administrative reports both in donor (QFPR, AFPR, fund call, Audit report etc.) and CRP format.

  • Monitor budget utilization and provide financial analysis to management, strengthening accountability and informed decision‑making.

  • Keep all files updated for annual Audit fee management and statutory compliance.

  • Undertake all initiatives related to project activities.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
