Job Context:
∎ T Trading is a reputed and reliable tiles & sanitaryware market leader by selling tiles and sanitary ware to the customers and their needs. We ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while selling process & greet them assist in finding the products they are looking for.
∎ T Trading is looking for eligible and deserving candidates for the position of Jr. Executive / Executive - Sales & Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating of sales.
∎ Search and develop new customer base.
∎ Execute Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
∎ Build strong relationship with corporate and retail customers.
∎ Gather product knowledge, promotions, offers etc. which to be communicated with the segmented customers.
∎ Receive customer queries and submit product and pricing quotations for generating sales.
∎ Attend customer complaint and give possible solutions.
∎ Coordination with stock and concerned departments for smooth product delivery.
∎ Daily and monthly sales reporting to the Management.
∎ Other sales and marketing related job as assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Computer skill, Customer Service, Indoor sales & marketing, Customer Support through Phone, Documentation procedure.
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 02 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sales & marketing, Tiles & Sanitary ware.
∎ Skills required Tiles & Sanitary ware site experience is preferable.
∎ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email correspondence in English and Internet browsing.
∎ At least 02 years experienced in sales & marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas Tiles and Sanitary ware.
∎ Should have smart & smiley face with presentable personality.
∎ Should be well groomed and well mannered.
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style.
∎ Strong customer handling and movement.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
