Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree in Accounting will get preference
∎ Candidates having Certificate course or Degree like Diploma in Procurement / SCM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ T Trading is engaged with raw material sourcing & supplying to respective companies especially for Building materials (Auto Ceramic Bricks), Printing & Packaging and FMCG.
∎ We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual for an immediate appointment who will work with procurement team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing and procuring of all raw materials as per requirement for respective industries.
∎ Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
∎ Obtain the necessary approvals and processing the orders.
∎ Tracking order and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Maintain records of all documents related to Purchase.
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the RM and materials purchased from the vendors.
∎ Collecting delivery Challan, VAT Challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Packaging, Building Materials, FMCG, Group of Companies.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, energetic and possess a high level of interpersonal & communication skills and analytical ability.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, self-motivated, proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
∎ Candidates took part in advanced Training in Procurement will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Literacy especially advance level competency on MS excel and Fluency in English speaking and writing, Reporting and Documentation.

Salary: Negotiable
