• Candidates with personal motorcycle and a driving licence will get preference

This position requires extensive field visits, including door-to-door promotion of our product in rural areas of Bangladesh.

• Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the market, handling customer queries and providing product counselling.

• Conduct product demonstrations for retailers, consumers, and key influencer groups.

• Plan market visits through approved route charts; ensure 80% outlet coverage and product availability.

• Generate product demand among stakeholders and generate potential leads.

• Collect and analyse market and competitor data; submit daily and monthly reports in prescribed formats.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure optimum sales conversion.

• Distribute and ensure usage of sales tools, POSM, and promotional offers as provided by management.

• Execute BTL activities (e.g., carpenter, poultry, dairy seminars) and ensure participation.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and field issues; report for timely resolution.

• Meet personal and team KPIs (conversion, seminar, and visit targets).

• Build relationships with market stakeholders through regular communication and Uthan Boithak sessions.

• Conduct structured field visits to houses, farms, carpenters, and local influencers; maintain detailed area-wise databases.

• Implement door-to-door brand awareness campaigns in villages and para-mohallas.

• Attend local events organised by NGOs and government bodies to increase brand visibility.
