Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage social media communities, ensuring active engagement and responsiveness.
∎ Handle customer queries and ensure effective communication across various channels.
∎ Manage customer complaints and communicate resolutions promptly.
∎ Confirm orders and ensure customers are informed throughout the process.
∎ Schedule daily social media posts and update the content tracker regularly.
∎ Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor stock levels and inventory records to ensure product availability.
∎ Coordinate with customer and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and forward to concerning issues to the designated person.
∎ Analyze customer interaction data and generate monthly reports for CRM improvements.
