Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct product sourcing from international platforms such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, and other similar B2B marketplaces.
Communicate with foreign suppliers/manufacturers for quotations, price negotiation, and product specifications.
Prepare, process, and maintain all LC (Letter of Credit) and commercial documentation related to imports.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks for shipment, clearance, and payment processing.
Maintain accurate commercial records, shipment tracking sheets, and supplier communication logs.
Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, cost comparisons, and documentation.
Assist management in import/export operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
