Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling prospects and generate leads
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, and social networking
∎ Follow-up with existing and potential customers with new offers and campaigns
∎ Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports in prescribed format
∎ Keeping records of all Sales & Marketing activities.
∎ Coordinating with Accounts, Production, Distribution, Customer Care and other Departments.
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Assist superior in planning retail and corporate businesses.
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly market analysis reports
∎ Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth
∎ Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive conversions
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and display advertising
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge working with MS Office and Email correspondence.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
