Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/B.Com/M.Com/ MBA (Major in Accounting or Finance)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine & analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management & other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness & conformance to reporting & procedural standards. Perform entries to proper accounts.
∎ Managing Banking Activities & Reconcile Bank Ledger with Ledger of Accounts Dept.
∎ Prepare Customer statement on daily, monthly and quarterly basis and reconcile with sales and collection.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly & quarterly sales and collection report.
∎ Regular collection entry posting.
∎ Prepare sales bill, voucher pretty cash.
∎ Preparation of Inventory report and reconcile with register physically.
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the ledger/register of accounting system & report accordingly.
∎ Conducting the actual inventory count.
∎ Coordination for smooth functioning of accounts department & inventory departments.
∎ Follow up with customers regarding Payment and delivery.
∎ Monthly Sales Report & Accounts all Activities.
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female Preferred
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Accounting, inventory, Store Management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & can do multitasking.
∎ Able to Quickly respond by email.
∎ Advance Skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Browsing etc.
Salary: Negotiable
