Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions; Well conversant in Accounting System & Standard;
∎ Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms, personal file management.
∎ Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses;
∎ Ensure that financial reports and supporting schedules/verification of daily voucher/ documents are produced for audit, as per Management;
∎ Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with organizational system
∎ Daily reporting to superior authority/management.
∎ Provide financial analysis and recommendations for management decisions.
∎ Have to maintain the administrative issues.
∎ Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms, personal file management.
∎ Perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting an online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates and Coordinate interview.
∎ Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
∎ Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
∎ Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
∎ Review and distribute company strategies by hard copies (e.g. notice board, brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/forums/company website).
∎ Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
∎ Assist HR Manager to arrange Board Meeting, Executive Committee meeting, management meeting and open hall meeting with all staff as and when necessary.
