Responsibilities & Context:
- Greet customers, identify customer needs, and assist them.
- Pitch relevant products to customers and answer all product-related queries.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Manage shop shelves and product stock.
- Update and follow up on the customer's product demand and forward it to the management.
- Handle customer complaints with care and sincerity.
- Any other duties assigned by the management
