Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and meet sales targets and drive revenue for the company.
∎ Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines
∎ considering the assigned target.
∎ Constantly review and improve the various sales activity metrics which lead to sales growth.
∎ Responsible for pursuing new sales.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients regarding payment and service/support as
∎ well as to gain new revenue.
∎ Ownership of the full sales cycle from business development to sales to account
∎ management and after sales.
∎ Identify gaps and create promotional material in line with the marketing plan.
∎ A team player able to interact with people from all levels.Able to cope with constant
∎ changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Right attitudes for promoting a company's product and brand image.
∎ To maintain the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 years in SMS service sales
∎ Experience with a significant client list of industry players, clients and contacts
∎ Additional software and industry sales experience
∎ A self-starter, not afraid to take action and ownership when responsibility or requirements
∎ are not clearly defined.
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario and also have market information
∎ from reliable sources.
∎ Applicants should have experience in Marketing, B2B Sales, Business Development, Key
∎ Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management
∎ Good command in English & Bengali; both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing, etc.
Salary:
∎ 35K BDT base plus KPI sales incentives
