Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Com (Honors)/BBA, M. Com/ MBA in Accounting with CA-CC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily transaction records in the system.
∎ Raise invoices and submit to Customers time to time.
∎ Verify invoices from suppliers and service providers and deduct Tax & VAT as required.
∎ Assist with budgeting for individual projects and create reports on budget variance analysis.
∎ Prepare a summary report on the fund with the necessary documentation according to the requirements.
∎ Keep records & documents every day for VAT and Tax purposes.
∎ Prepare the VAT return (mushuk-9.1) monthly both manually and online.
∎ Verify employee expenses (travel, lodging, entertainment and other expenditures) in accordance with SOP.
∎ Review & reconcile accounts payable, expense ledger with Bank and cash book.
∎ Inter-company and Supplier reconciliations, performing timely investigations and follow-up on outstanding transactions.
∎ Doing LC & Commercial related jobs.
∎ Assist to preparing MIS report.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Dept. Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Age maximum 30 years but flexible subject to skill set and experience.
∎ Age can be flexible subject to skill set and experience.
∎ Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, Microsoft Office Applications, Tally Prime, Tax and VAT.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
