• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

• Age 23 to 40 years

• Minimum 4 years of experience in RAJUK/ CDA / Authority Drawings.

• Strong knowledge of Architectural Working Drawing & Details.

• Plan, Elevation, Section with Detail Working drawing.

• Proven experience as a CAD-Operator or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and SketchUp.

• Strong understanding of building materials, joinery details and trending designs.

• Ability to read, interpret, and create highly detailed technical drawings.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.

• Ability to work within a corporative environment and meet professional standards.

• Smart, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving effectively.

• Prepare architectural and structural drawings as per RAJUK, CDA, KDA, RDA, Paurashava, Upazila, or other relevant government authority regulations.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings for residential / commercial projects.

• Collaborate effectively with architects and 3D visualizers personnel to ensure precision and feasibility.

• Stay updated with new materials, trending concepts, and industry standards.Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.

• Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
