Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is eager to learn, hungry to build, and ready to contribute to the next generation of AI products at RacoAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Ract.js/ Next.js, Node.js + Express.js and Django REST Framework.
  
  

• Implement robust backend APIs and clean, reusable frontend components.
  
  

• Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  
  

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate ideas into production-ready features.
  
  

• Ensure code quality through good practices in OOP, data structures, algorithms, testing, and documentation.
  
  

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
  
  

• Optimize system performance and contribute to scalable solutions.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  
  

• Good foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms.

• Hands-on experience with:
  
  

  • React.js

  • Next.js

  • Node.js + Express.js

  • Django REST Framework
    
    

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• WebSocket, WeRTC, SocketIO, Webhook setup

• Basic understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
  
  

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Proficiency in Python beyond Django.
  
  

• Experience with FastAPI.
  
  

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS/GCP), or deployment pipelines.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
  

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are strongly encouraged to apply.
  
  

Salary Range : 20,000 – 25,000 BDT per month
