Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor degree preferably in Social Sciences or relevant field.
∎ [Preferred] Post graduation degree preferably in Social Sciences or relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and select the vulnerable children who are engage in worst from of child labor.
∎ Create Family Development Plan (FDP) of vulnerable children for job replacement in descent job.
∎ Conduct feasibility study among the selected vulnerable family for ensuring IGA support.
∎ Organize appropriate IGA/Vocational Training for the selected vulnerable children.
∎ Ensure engagement in decent job for the vulnerable children who are in worst for of child. labor with maintaining good relationship among the job providers.
∎ Ensure regular monitoring and follow-up the program.
∎ Maintain good relations and communications with existing business owners, industry/factory and employers for ensuring decent job opportunity for the vulnerable children.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to develop and analyze business plans.
∎ Ability to develop Family Development Plan to identify and promote IGA initiatives.
∎ Capable to conduct Feasibility Study on IGA.
∎ Capable to facilitate for keeping business record.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills as s/he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ Good team working abilities.
∎ Action Oriented, direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
∎ Strong oratory skills and be able to address groups of people.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point & other database program.
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation.
∎ Minimum of 2 years working experiences in the relevant field & management.
∎ Should live in the Special Project working area and 50% fieldwork is expected.
∎ Ready to accept the challenge and cope with changes.
∎ This role will work directly with Project Manager and other team members.
