Job Context:
∎ Kawaii International Japanese Language is a renowned center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are a joint venture center, with Bangladesh, Japan and USA. Along with providing language teachings, courses, IELTS, etc to students who wish to go to Japan for higher studies, along with opening a door to both skilled & unskilled workers, like IT engineers, civil engineers, aeronautical engineer etcetera, who are willing to go to Japan for work in addition to businessmen interested in Japanese business. In addition to that, we teach Bengali language as well to foreigners who are interested.
∎ Our allied businesses are buying house apparel, we ensure job placement in Japan, with a strong human resources, in tandem with a strong foothold in a promising IT business with Japan.
∎ (Seeking 1 person of Bangladeshi Nationality & 1 of Japanese nationality)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching Japanese Language to Bangladeshi Students who are IT professionals, students or businessmen, a minimum of 1 year teaching experience is required (Freshers are also encouraged to apply with good teaching skills)
∎ Excellent communication skills is required in order to communicate with Japanese buyers from our buying house if needed.
∎ Apart from teaching & communication, IT skills is required, must be willing to learn new skills if required.
∎ Job Location: Bashundhara R/A Main Gate (Opposite of Jamuna Future Park, Pocket gate), Dhaka, Bangladesh

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year experience in teaching Japanese.
∎ Experience of studying or working in JAPAN is preferable.
∎ Capable of working in Japanese environment along with communicating with Japanese co-workers and boss in Japanese (writing, reading, speaking, listening).
∎ Native level of Japanese proficiency (at least N3 equivalent level)
∎ Having more than N2 level is preferable
∎ The latest certification of JLPT/NAT must be obtained at least within 3 years
∎ Sound knowledge in using computer and internet tools and business applications, such as Gmail, Google spreadsheet, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Trello.
∎ Teaching experience in Japanese is preferable.
∎ Teaching methods, materials and intensive training will be provided by us.
∎ Teachers must follow the teaching disciplines, curriculum structure, teaching materials, textbooks, and learning topics prepared by us.
∎ Teachers must prepare the teaching materials before the weekend classes by themselves. (format & contents will be provided by us)
∎ Preparing the online test for students, communication with management, students and other teachers, as well as other small relevant tasks are required to conduct time to time during the week.
