Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, DVR, NVR, Router configuration, Windows trouble shooting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Hospital, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide on-site desktop/laptop support including new hardware and software setup.
∎ Windows troubleshooting and different type software troubleshooting.
∎ Provide PBX Phone system support including user programming
∎ Ensure work station has computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, desk phone, and any additional specialized equipment. Install, test and configure new workstation, peripheral equipment and software.
∎ Testing the exchange of data between computers, modems, and microtick /cisco and different routers.
∎ Installing, configuring, and updating network software and network devices.
∎ Performing diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as developing data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
∎ Maintenance IP camera, NVR, DVR, HD camera.
∎ Knowledge about c-panel and websites.
∎ Basic knowledge on Adove photoshop, Illustrator.
∎ Do needful as per order by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
