Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Computer

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to diagnose and solve IT issues – laptops and PCs, printers,data terminals, peripherals, and software such as MS Windows 10/11 and MS Office applications
• Ability to assess the usability of computer hardware resources
• Intermediate level of English
• Knowledge of LAN and WLAN sufficient to diagnose issues
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory, SSL/TLS, MDM, PowerShell, VPN
• Responsibility, independence in action and information gathering
• We are looking for a proactive, hands-on person with a positive attitude

SMYK S.A Bangladesh Liaison office ( Baridhara DOHS ) is looking for part time working IT Support Speciality ;

• Handling requests related to the company’s IT systems and equipment, as well as providing user support in daily operations
• First-line support
• Preparing workstations for new and existing employees
• Cooperating with service, hardware, and software providers to ensure business continuity
• Supporting project-related tasks being in communication with head office in Poland
• Administering services, systems, and applications

Location and time required for work

• Office in Baridhara DOHS , 1 day a week in the office
