Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Computer Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience to resolve all kind of computer hardware and software problem, network, printer issues.
∎ Provide IT supports to end users for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, CCTV, Anti-Virus and other IT equipment's.
∎ PC Assembling knowledge
∎ Supervise and monitoring company Access Control system.
∎ Maintenance & Connectivity support the PABX System.
∎ Local area Network connection setup and Network Cabling & Testing.
∎ Strong understanding of TCP/ IP will be required.
∎ Must have Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook for E- mail setup, MS Power point, etc.
∎ Diagnose trouble and solve problems for PC, e-mail, internet and printer
∎ Experience to resolve all kind of computer hardware and software problems.
∎ User support for Company's ERP software.
∎ Familiarity with Linux and Mac environments
∎ maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks
∎ Creative problem solving skills with strong troubleshooting skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management and user support.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/ Network Companies
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 year(s) work experience in relevant field is preferable.
∎ Good command in English .
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be able to any IT task assign by IT superior.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge for the organization goal.
∎ Should be punctual, sincere and devoted to responsibility.
∎ Should have good manner, attitude and convincing skill.
