• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• Diploma

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Age 25 to 40 years

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
• Experience implementing security best practices (firewalls, identity management, encryption).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
• Experience with software implementation or system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications (an asset):

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to manage and strengthen our company’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining our cloud environments, ensuring system security, and supporting software implementations across the organization.

Location: SYLHET

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including firewalls, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Support deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of various business software and systems.
• Manage network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide technical support to internal users and assist in resolving hardware/software issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies.
