Cellular Phone Operator, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being in-charge of communication between Joycalls and local MNOs. (GrameenPhone, Robi Axiata, Banglalink, and Teletalk) especially with the IT teams on implementation and technical support activities of the existing and new projects.
∎ Maintaining our internal IT systems and platforms (requires an understanding of Linux +voice/SMS/data protocols).
∎ Helping our main IT team (based overseas) to meet and exceed clients' needs.
∎ Installing Hardware and Software, Other technical duties assigned by the Managing Director and Group CTO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Knowledge of telecommunication protocols (SS7 stack, SMPP,BICC etc.)
∎ Awareness of how modern integration protocols work. Should know how JSON/XML, Web Services, EJB work.
∎ Experience in the following area(s) will be added advantage: NOC/SOC, Telco IT Operations and Maintenance of VAS products.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable in terms of Experienced candidates.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
