∎ Proven experience as an IT Officer, IT Executive, or in a similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
∎ Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
∎ Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Must be Self-motivated, Proactive, Hard worker, Problem solver, and Positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Any kind of IT-related problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Adobe application
∎ Proven experience as an IT Officer, IT Executive, or in a similar role.

∎ Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
∎ Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
∎ Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.
∎ Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
∎ Implement and manage security protocols to protect the company’s data and systems.
∎ Conduct regular backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements.
∎ Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
∎ Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
