Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Employment Status, Maintaining Computer System & Network, Support ERP9 Software, Troubleshooting System, Net Work Problems Diagnosing.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks systems, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Sorting Hardware Software faults, Supporting New Application, Router Configuration, Network CCTV, PABX Cabling, Web based CCTV Cabling, Prepare Dag, MIS Report for Production LAN.
∎ Working long with TCP/IP network Environment including DHCP Ethernet.
∎ ERP Software maintenance in IBM Blade Server
∎ MikroTik cloud core router configure & Maintenance
∎ Cisco Switch and D-link switch configure with different route for VLAN
∎ Clustering three server with same network route for multiple switch
∎ Implements plans for replacing and upgrading computer hardware and software, switches, wireless access points, and other related devices.
∎ Replaces and/or repairs network hardware, including performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to determine if problems are hardware or software issues.
∎ Monitors and troubleshoots LAN/WAN connectivity.
∎ Performs network and software maintenance.
∎ Monitors and troubleshoots wireless networks.
∎ Ability to install, monitor and troubleshoot SMART Boards and SMART Notebook Software
∎ Working knowledge of Cisco technologies including ISE, AMP, and switch
∎ Active Directory, and Windows 10 Enterprise;
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned by the Network Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Capable of understanding of complex information and requirements. Sound in communication in both English and Bangla Language. Willingness to work under tight deadline and pressure.
∎ Work experience in retail shop will get preference.
