∎ Duration: Initially 01-year, possibility of extension on fund availability and performance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The IT officer is responsible for the effective and efficient support of the staff members in the WHH BGD country office and field offices by ensuring the proper usage of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, network devices, software, and any other IT-related equipment. The provider will be responsible for the implementation of upgrades, and updates as designed by the Head of Finance/Regional IT Hub-Manager. The service provider will also ensure routine maintenance
∎ both corrective and preventive, the troubleshooting of malfunctioning software and hardware as well as providing end-users training as required. The service provider will advise the WHH BGD office staff about all required improvements in the country on the inventory and renewal of various licenses and IT equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years of experience in the field of IT service in the public/NGO sector
∎ At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, networking, hardware, and software maintenance
∎ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, basic programming, and relevant software applications
∎ Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
∎ Can be able to perform in a challenging environment (remote areas)
∎ Category of services
∎ Desktops and Laptops (Installation and support)
∎ Servers, router setup, and operation
∎ LANs and WANs
∎ Peripheral devices such as printers and scanners
∎ Supervision of back-ups systems (QNAP NAS Server)
∎ Monitoring of Cisco Meraki firewall
∎ Implement WHH IT standards in consultation with Regional IT
∎ Coordination and installation of new software like Fundspro, ProMIS, and Digital signatures.
∎ Key deliverables
∎ Properly functioning, secure and efficient network and servers.
∎ Fully installed and properly functioning computer systems and accessories
∎ An efficient software applications and antivirus software on the network
∎ Optimized network infrastructure, data center and ICT management aligned with corporate standards
∎ Good working condition of systems, hardware, and equipment maintained
∎ WHH Staff is well equipped with the latest ICT Technology and advancement
∎ Comprehensive handover notes with clear recommendations for further/future improvement Satisfactory user support

Salary:
∎ BDT 60,000/- per month Mobile allowance Weekly two days off Opportunity to work with an international platform
