Responsibilities & Context:
Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer, related Hardware and software issues instantly.
Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports that deliver technical assistance to the entire office.
Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
Configuration and maintaining LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per office IT policy.
Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations and take necessary steps as per requirements.
Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
