Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Science /Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, Website, Internet, email services.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving windows program problem troubleshoot computer software and hardware faults.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot for all IT Equipment (in person or over the phone whenever needed).
∎ Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing a solution to IT matters concurrently.
∎ Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system management tools, and applications software.
∎ Maintaining third-party service providers to oversee systems and fix security issues.
∎ Offer daily operations and systems support.
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ with minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
∎ Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Router, Switch, PC, Laptop, and Printer related hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Must be able to handle computer efficiently & good typing speed (English & Bengali) with sound operational knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications, E-mail, Internet/ Online browsing, client support.
∎ Strong interpersonal leadership and management related qualities require to plan, delegate, organize and manage project teams.
∎ Must comply with work deadline and capacity to work under pressure.
∎ Strong Sense of Ethics & Confidentiality.
∎ Should be well behaved.
∎ Self-Motivated, Organized and Responsible. Hardworking, Honest & Flexible.
∎ Problem-solving ability and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work after duty hours at emergency support.
