Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and maintenance of Desktop computers, Laptops, tablets, Network printers, photocopiers, scanners etc.
∎ Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN & LAN-related accessories. Installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and restoration of Active Directory
∎ (AD) and extended Active Directory.
∎ Provide primary support for critical system issues and support for escalated issues from
∎ users and Data Center Operations.
∎ The individual will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems,
∎ security systems (Security Appliance system, Antivirus), and related procedures are
∎ functioning smoothly on a daily basis.
∎ Maintaining Operating logs, System logs, Internet using logs, Hardware, and backup
∎ media performance & usage evaluations in order to improve performance strategies in an ? Plans, designs, and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide
∎ effective manner.
