Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage information technology and computer systems.
∎ Providing the client with online, onsite technical support.
∎ Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
∎ Organizing and controlling project activities through communicating with all project parties.
∎ Preparing necessary presentation, technical and Business documents.
∎ Determining project changes.
∎ Ensuring the projects run smoothly by controlling workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the status of project and reporting its s to the management.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Mobile Banking application/ E wallet application will be given priority
∎ Candidate must have positive attitude to take challenges and innovate
∎ Strong working knowledge of English and Bengali (spoken and written) , Arabic is plus.
∎ Excellent communication and reporting skills.
∎ Extensive experience in technical management, Database, Networking, architecture, Software and Mobile app...etc.
∎ Experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role.
∎ Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
