Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the office in:
∎ Designing and developing web application as per requirement.
∎ Design database and scale it efficiently.
∎ Analysing the business requirements and goals of DreamFinder's departments and
∎ centres to determine their IT needs.
∎ Developing an IT strategy that aligns with DreamFinder's goals.
∎ Developing and implementing the policies and systems needed to support the IT strategy.
∎ Selecting new technologies as required to increase efficiency or respond to changing business needs.
∎ Implementing and maintaining an IT service catalogue.
∎ Establishing annual budgets and monitoring expenditures.
∎ Monitor the health and operations of DreamFinder's systems.
∎ Oversee system maintenance tasks such as patching, antivirus/malware protection and
∎ review of system logs.
∎ Oversee the provision of IT services ranging from the specification and allocation of IT
∎ equipment to the release of system configurations.
∎ Monitor the resolution of system issues and launch service restoration teams as required.
∎ Respond to security incidents.
∎ Identify areas for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and operation of both cloud and on-
∎ premises infrastructure.
∎ Familiarity with AWS and GCP hosting services desirable.
∎ Experience in implementing and operating IT infrastructure that adheres to major security
∎ standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, SOC2, and HIPAA.
∎ Experience in identifying and eliminating security vulnerabilities through the strategic use
∎ of technology.
∎ In-depth knowledge of modern communications, networking, security, database, and
∎ operating system technologies.
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
∎ Experience with establishing and managing IT budgets.
∎ Ability to work as a Team and work with Global Projects.
∎ Proficient understanding of code in Running web application.
