Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good knowledge on Mikrotik, Cisco, Routing, Switching & Firewall
∎ Ability to manage Data Server/NAS Server, Deployment & Administration
∎ Maintain Network cabling Infrastructure (LAN, WAN technology)
∎ Ensure the proper operation of all IT systems
∎ Sound knowledge about windows & Linux server
∎ Troubleshooting and configuring office hardware including PCs, routers, switches, printers and other hardware peripherals, etc.
∎ Network Security & Management, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Administration of Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, Web mail, Web Server, File Server, Database Server
∎ Maintain and service of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, etc.
∎ Installing and Update Antivirus, Operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
∎ Providing technical support desk to desk, via phone or Remote Support
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft office outlook and office 365.
∎ Maintain Cloud servers in different platforms like AWS, Google, Local cloud etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Access control Devices, NVR/DVR, Surveillance system, PBX, IP Telephony, etc.
∎ Installing software and hardware Troubleshoot
∎ Ensure network and server security
∎ Attend and resolve user support (network, pc, printer, scanner and internet support) efficiently
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Implementation and operation knowledge of ERP will be preferable.
∎ Knowledge / Capability to run / operate PLC based Software.
∎ Problem solving skill and analytic ability.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must be able to work under Pressure.
