• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sr. Executive in a digital marketing & IT-related job.

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly.

• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.

• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

• Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across digital channels.

• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.

• Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools).

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
