Experience:
4-6 years of proven experience as a Sr. Executive in a digital marketing & IT-related job.
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.
Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across digital channels.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools).
Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
