Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• HSC
• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Minimum HSC/Equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred but not mandatory)

• At least 3 years

• Age 22 to 40 years

• Experience in sales, marketing, or networking is an advantage

• Strong communication skills in Bengali (English is a plus)

• Access to smartphone & internet

• Application Requirement: Must submit a short (1–2 minute) video explaining how you will successfully sell Linexis IT Academy courses. This video should be in Bengali or English and show your communication skills and sales approach.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented

Job Responsibilities

• Promote Linexis IT Academy’s training courses (Web Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Cybersecurity, etc.) to prospective students
• Generate leads through social media, field visits, and personal networks
• Follow up with interested candidates to ensure enrollment
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions
• Achieve agreed monthly enrollment targets

Employment Type

• Commission Only – Earn per successful student enrollment

• Flexible schedule; work from home, field, or hybrid

• Work from home & client field visits (as needed)
