Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising overall IT activities for RISE Corporate office and all outlets of RISE Brand (around 33 outlets).

• Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners;

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SQL Server databases;

• Ensure regular database backup, recovery, and performance monitoring;

• Operate and maintain LAN/WAN, internet, switches, routers, and firewalls;

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance issues for corporate office and in all outlets;

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems;

• Supervise deployment of new Video Surveillance systems at different sites;

• Mount IP cameras. Configure camera & add to server. Troubleshoot camera problems;

• Configure, maintain & troubleshoot NVR/DVR; Plan & deploy network for video surveillance;

• Install & configure monitoring software; train & assist user to use the software;

• Provide software support for operating systems and business applications;

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals;

• Hands on experience on Office 365, teams, online meeting setup, etc;

• Coordinate with IT vendors, Purchase Team and service providers and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs;

• Ensure data security, system availability, and compliance with company IT policies;

• Provide on-call and emergency IT support when it is required.
