Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the end users troubleshoot user queries and setup networks on different operating systems and all other Hardware devices.
∎ Must be a clear concept on CISCO(CCNA), & Microtik Router
∎ Understanding the PABX System on IP network.
∎ To be a clear concept on Active directory, File Server and Storage base network, NAD/DAS.
∎ Clear concept on Exchange mail/POP3/SMTP
∎ IT Procurement and Maintaining inventory will be added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
