Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
∎ Skills Required: Business Negotiation, Corporate Marketing, IT and Software Marketing, Market Research, Sales & Marketing, Team Leader (Sales), Tele Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, IT and Software Marketing, IT Service Sales, Market Research
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify and manage new market opportunities via partnerships.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
∎ Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the pursuit and successful capture of key opportunities.
∎ Obtain marketing intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential targeted pursuits and develop marketing strategies.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectivesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Maintain customer relationships and assess competitor capabilities aligned to specific customers in intelligence community.
∎ Support creation and execution of multi-year business development strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager, IT sales executive or a relevant role.
∎ Proven sales track record. Strong understanding of solution sales - and being able to understand pain points and present solutions using products.
∎ Experience selling to company Directors, VP's and C-Level Executives.
∎ Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend events as needed.
∎ Ability, and desire, to build long-term relationships.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Speaking, webinars and presentations is a plus.
∎ Work well independently and with a team.
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Communication and negotiation skills.
∎ A technical background is not required, but very helpful.
∎ Experience in e-commerce, software-as-a-service, or consumer internet industries preferred.
∎ Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be able to push projects forward in parallel fashion.
Salary: Negotiable
